CRITERIA	PERFORMANCE
Movement	Capable of accommodating lateral movements of up to ± 10mm. Larger movements can be accommodated by placing units adjacent to each other to form a larger plan area. Contact us for guidance.
Load Capacity	For loads from 90 kN. Larger loads can be accommodated by placing units adjacent to each other to form a larger plan area.
Chemical Bonding	The PTFE sliding faces are polymerically bonded to each elastomeric pad using heat and pressure.
Choice of Elastomer	SKA/L Bearings are supplied as standard in natural rubber compound formulated for BS 1154 & BS 5400. They are also available in a neoprene compound satisfying BS 2752.
Coeficient of Friction	The PTFE-to-PTFE sliding faces are lubricated with silicone grease to produce a very low coeficient of friction (in the order of 0.05).
