- When placed between steel or
precast surfaces, the bearings are supplied without waterproof
backing paper. The product code is altered to signify this by
inserting NW ie SKL(NW) -1- etc.
- All bearings are supplied ready
assembled with a polystyrene surround and waterproof paper on
their top face. The dimensions of the filler can be made to suit
the support size.
- If the bearing is to be sited
close to heavy machinery or other such sources of vibration,
it is essential that our Design Department is made aware of the
details to ensure the bearing's function will not be disrupted
by such factors.
